Terms & Conditions

All orders are fulfilled and shipped by Zasha in the office.  You can either have the items shipped via The United States Postal Service or you can stop by the office to pick up your order (this will save you a little bit of money and you can get your order sooner!) Plus, we always love seeing you.  If there is a problem with your order or you just placed your order and would like to make changes, please call Zasha immediately (818) 708-2222.  We do our best to fulfill our orders with in 48 hours and we strive to keep all items in-stock at the office.

Items are returnable if the packaging is in its original condition and not opened or marked.  If the package is opened or marked the item is exchangeable for a different item or partial credit.
